Working Princinple:
This product contains Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), which is an antimicrobial compound extracted from wasabi and mustard oil. It utilizes sublimation at room temperature and gas flow to ensure uniform distribution within the product packaging environment, effectively killing molds such as Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus, yeast and Candida. This process creates an environment unfavorable for mold and bacteria reproduction and growth, thereby inhibiting their development.
